- Arriving prepared with the tools and materials the job requires
- Professional, respectful language on site
- Clear, respectful communication with supervisors, coworkers, and client staff
- Avoiding offensive or inappropriate behavior of any kind
- Keeping work areas organized and hazard-free
- Responsible phone use that doesn't interfere with the work or with safety
- Respecting client facilities, equipment, and property
- Following all site-specific rules and procedures, including those set by the client
